Business Planning is one of the best ways to ensure the future of any business. The Women’s Organisation is passionate about the future of your business, and we are keen to help you to ensure plans at the very beginning are laid down, creating solid foundations on which to build.

For a business to grow, to succeed at every stage, and to overcome hurdles, a plan at its inception is always necessary. This is why The Women’s Organisation runs our popular business planning course; 'Planning For Success'. This one-day course is one of our longest running business support courses and is a fantastic basis to build your business on.

This business planning course facilitated by our friendly and experienced Business Trainer will guide you through the basics of creating a business plan, and looking at a marketing strategy for your business. You will leave the course having learned more about at market research, promotion and advertising, pricing, and financial skills key for developing a strong business plan, taking away handy resources developed by our team.

Planning for Success is a fully funded course for all Merseyside (including Halton) based women who are interested in starting their own business through the Enterprise Hub Programme, part funded by European Regional Development Fund. If you live outside of the Merseyside area but are interested in attending our Planning for Success course, we are happy for you to join us, and a place would cost £50.
