Our aim is that our Business Services will contribute to all of our tenants’ business success. A friendly reception team offer a professional welcome to tenants and their visitors. Photocopying, additional administrative support and telephone answering services are all also available.
We offer a first level of generalist ICT and telephony support through our Administration Team. For more advanced requests for support we work with our service delivery partners to meet specific tenant needs.
Liverpool Office meeting room Hire
We have a range of meeting room styles throughout the building both formal and informal available for meetings of 2 to 150 people. The rooms have a range of high specification audio visual facilities and video conferencing equipment for your meeting and seminar needs. We offer a fully flexible service offering hourly, half day or full day rental. Virtual office tenants receive a discount on the standard rate.
Sustainability is integral to the building design which is in line with BREEAM Excellent standards. All rooms have opening windows for natural ventilation as well as locally controlled heating and cooling systems.
On street parking is available free for up to two hours for visitors and tenants and there a number of paid for car parks locally. We have limited car parking spaces which can be reserved in advance for disabled visitors. A bicycle store and shower facilities are available for cyclists using the building.
Building access is currently 8.00am – 9.00pm Monday to Friday. Additional opening hours upon request.
A bright and inviting café is situated on the ground floor of the building open to building users and the public. Our catering partners are Siren@54StJamesStreet and can be followed on Twitter as @SirenLiverpool.
